UP4305 is a two-part methacrylate, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of various substrates, including fiberglass, steel, aluminum, and various plastics (not low energy surfaces). Combined at a ratio of 1:1 UP4305 working time of 2 to 3 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 5 to 7 minutes at room temperature curing. UP4305 provides high strength bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. UP4305 bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals. UP4305 adhesive is not UV stable and can yellow over time. This yellowing will not affect the performance of the UP4305.
